Everything is done  quickly, securely, and flexibly , ensuring your application keeps up with your business growth without interruptions.

How can I choose my project's subdomain during upload?

During your project's upload on  Square Cloud , you can set the  subdomain  simply and intuitively. Choose to upload via  GitHub  or  .zip  file, enable the  “Web Publishing”  option, and enter the desired name. To ensure correct operation, configure the  host  as  0.0.0.0  and the  port  as  80  in your project. After publishing, your application will be available at an address in the format  yoursubdomain.squareweb.app , ready to share with the public.

How do I set up a custom domain for my project?

After uploading your application, go to the  Settings  tab and click  Network . In the  “Custom domain”  section, add the desired domain and follow the on-screen DNS instructions. We recommend using  Cloudflare  to manage DNS, ensuring  greater security  and  better performance  for your custom domain.

How can I create or resend a snapshot of my application?

To create or resend a  snapshot  on  Square Cloud , access your application or database, click  Snapshots , and select  “Create snapshot” . In a few seconds, the copy will be saved on our servers and will remain available for up to  30 days , ensuring  security  and  easy restoration  when needed.

Can I host projects that need to be built before running?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We recommend using our  official GitHub Action  to automate the build process. This way, you can compile your project — such as  Next.js  applications — directly on GitHub and send the ready-to-run result to  Square Cloud . This optimizes performance and simplifies the deployment flow.
